Theresa
Veterinary Assistant

Theresa has a long history of working in the veterinary field and caring for pets.  Joining our staff in 2002, she offers clients a wealth of knowledge that she has learned over the years. She is well-known for her knowledge and caring attitude towards clients and their pets.
Over the last several years, Theresa has developed and pursued her interest in photography. She enjoys watching the Cleveland sports teams, especially the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers. A trip to the beach and ocean is always tops on her list. When not at work, she enjoys spending her time with her family.

Abby
Veterinary Assistant

     Abby is a long-time staff member at Independence Veterinary Hospital, joining us in 2006 after graduating
from Veterinary Assistant School, with Honors, in 2005. She has honed experience in assisting with Patient Care, Client Communication, Patient Surgery, Laboratory and X-Ray diagnostics and Outpatient Care.
She is very personable and loves working with people and animals.
When not at work, Abby enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, their 2 children, and their pet menagerie.

   Lisa             
Veterinary Assistant

  Since joining us in 2019, Lisa has proved to be a valuable resource! She is very hands-on with clients, and you have most likely had contact with her in person and on the phone. Lisa currently has over 15 years of veterinary hospital experience.
Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching her daughter on her fast-pitch Softball school and travel teams. 

    Michelle
   Veterinary Assistant

Michelle joined our Staff in 2020. She has a lengthy history of active work in the veterinary field - over 28 years!
     Michelle has a gentle way about her that pets quickly recognize and she enjoys interacting with pets and their owners.
 When not at work, Michelle enjoys singing in her church choir, watching movies, spending time with her daughter, and taking care of her pet menagerie.
